  • I recommend John Sullivan.
  • I hired John more than 3 years ago.
  • John handled my Commercial matter.
  • I have previously worked with more than 10 lawyers.

As the CEO of a privately held investment company, I acquired and disposed of numerous commercial and residential properties. Over the past 10 years, John was our primary real estate attorney on virtually all of our transactions, including many in other states. John has an ability to understand the key risks in a transaction and focus attention where it is needed most. He excels at identifying and working to minimize risks associated with transactions. On numerous occasions John has worked together with me in negotiating contracts which eliminates or significantly reduces risk. John is very efficient with his time. Even in the case of complicated, volume intense, transactions, John is able to review and evaluate in a cost effective manner. John is not one to burn a lot of hours through useless interactions with other attorneys. One of John's greatest strengths is his ability to communicate. John communicates his findings during his review in a real time manner. This allows for action, when necessary, prior to getting too far into the transaction. His communications are to the point, effective, and efficient. Overall, John's written and verbal communication skill is outstanding. It is not a stretch at all to say that we would not have been nearly as successful in our efforts without the skill and commitment that John brought to the table every day. John is a true professional. I, without hesitation, would strongly recommend John for any real estate transaction legal representation.
