I got originally charged with a DUI and a couple months afterwards the DA decided to throw a Reckless at me too. I'm glad to say i had Jag on my side, because without his help i can almost guarantee i would have been charged with both. He took care of everything...and to make a long story short, I got the reckless dropped and DUI dropped to a Neg 1. If you are looking for a great lawyer and nice guy, Jag is your man. I will recommend him to everyone i know.

I was charged with a DUI rollover accident. My BAC was .22. The Trooper also cited me with three infractions. I was referred to Mr. Matto by a close friend who had used his services. I Hired Jag to handle my Dui case after a friend recommended him, I had talked to quite a few Lawyers before him and all of them had a sort of condescending attitude. Jag was very professional and understanding of the situation, The outcome was exactly what he said it would be, unfortunately due to a new job and crazy hours I wasn't able to have him take the charge to trial, but I'm almost 100% confident that it would have gotten completely dismissed if that had been the option I chose, Very knowledgeable Attorney who makes sure you're taken care of, Would recommend him any day of the week. So I am 18 and had a DUI in October. Today the charge was reduced thanks to Jag to a negligent driving in the second degree-essentially a traffic ticket. I've used him for a speeding ticket as well and that was dismissed from two violations to a inattentive driving ticket that is not going on my record. He keeps you informed and aware of your situation and what can be done or not done. I appreciated him giving the option of arguing for a dismissal of the case entirely, however I was completely fine with the negligent driving ticket. I highly recommend him!

He is God if you get a get a speeding ticket. I had 3 tickets including a negligent driving ticket in last 7 months. Through his knowledge and experience all of them got dismissed. The best part is he is reaasonably priced for the Excellent services he provides to anybody.

Jag represented me in a driving on a suspended license case. He represented me well and the experience was great. Charge got dropped and all is well.

Jag represented me for a traffic violation I had that could have potentially caused sever problems with my day to day life. I was referred to Jag through some of my friends, they highly recommended him and I thought he would be my best shot. Turns out they were right. Jag was by far the best.
