Keith was referred by a good friend of mine and he has worked with me on numerous projects. He is brilliant, creative, has made and saved me a great deal of money and is a pleasure to work with. I believe that he truly enjoys what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. He may be overkill for small, straightforward contracts but I wouldn't hire anyone else for business or securities work.

Keith was an excellent corporate attorney for the software startup where I previously worked. He had the knowledge and resources you would expect from a big firm, yet he truly understands how to help an emerging company grow. He looked for ways to be more efficient and kept costs under our budget.
