She was the head of litigation and compliance for Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft. She has been there in every phase of the business life cycle from start-up on.
As principal of Eaves Mathews LLC, she advised businesses on a variety of matters, including entity formation, trademark and copyright, IP, Internet Law, contracts.
She serves as virtual General Counsel for small and mid-sized businesses each month, advising them on a myriad of legal issues that arise from daily operations.

Jessica also provides legal services in art law. Jessica's art law practice provides advice and counseling for private collectors, museums, and galleries on a variety of art transactional issues, including art and cultural object acquisitions, sales, donations and loans. We are the only firm in Washington State offering expertise and legal services dedicated to art transactions and disputes. Jessica has served as an Adjunct Professor of Art and Cultural Heritage Law at Seattle University School of Law.
