Biography
I am a member at Williams Kastner and am based in the Seattle office. I am familiar with numerous areas of substantive law and have served clients in a variety of industries including insurance, health care, banking, finance, leasing and transportation, as well as clients from a broad range of professional, manufacturing and distributing businesses. My experience includes advising, transactional work and litigation. I was named to Super Lawyers by Washington Law & Politics magazine for 2003, 2004 and 2006 in its annual survey of Washington’s top lawyers. I have also been recognized by the Seattle Met magazine as a “Top Lawyer” in Insurance for 2010, a designation based upon Martindale-Hubbell's ranking of those practitioners in King County who have been judged by their peers to be “AV Preeminent”—the highest peer-review rating available.
