Description: Insured made a first party earthquake claim, alleging bad faith claims handling. I represented Mutual of Enumclaw in the Court of Appeals, which ruled in favor of my client on all points. MacDonald asked the Washington Supreme Court to set aside the appellate ruling, but the Supreme Court declined to do so.
