While I continue to practice in the areas of chapter 7 bankruptcies, simple wills and semi-agreed divorces, I have been primarily focusing my practice on post-conviction issues including vacating criminal convictions from court dockets, expunging criminal records from law enforcement databases and restoring rights to possess firearms.
I am working on plans for a non-profit organization to help the indigent clear their records to open the door for opportunities to escape poverty. I am currently seeking funding to obtain the necessary tax status, as well as dedicated, reliable individuals to serve on the board of directors.

I endorse this lawyer. I recently worked with Ms. Tuxbury at a local expungement clinic in Tacoma. Ms. Tuxbury is hardworking, diligent, and compassionate to clients' legal problems. I look forward to more opportunities to work with Ms. Tuxbury in the future!
