Bryan was the second attorney I met with to discuss my options. I was getting married and moving in with my husband and needed to get rid of my underwater condo. I showed up to my first meeting with Bryan, assuming foreclosure was my only option, since the first lawyer I met with told me I wouldn't qualify for a short sale. Bryan disagreed with the first lawyer and explained why, including his experience closing short sales with the same bank that held my loan.
Bryan is also a real estate broker, so I didn't have to worry about getting my condo on the market myself. Bryan stopped by to take pictures of my condo and it was listed for sale online that day. We had an offer in 2 days.
Fast forward three months, my condo is sold, and I am not responsible for the $50,000 deficiency. The only money I spent was for Bryan's initial consultation fee, which was more reasonable than other lawyers I have worked with. I highly recommend Bryan Kidder. He is friendly, professional, and concise in his explanations. He was always prompt at answering my questions via phone or email and kept me updated on all new information throughout the process. Thanks again Bryan!!
Bryan was incredibly diligent and helpful for us. Highly recommended.
Bryan has managed several cases for myself and my wife. Each time Bryan has done an EXCELLENT job! He is clear, concise, honest, professional, and always does what he says he is going to do. He also makes himself available when you call with a question. E-mail questions are answered the same day. I highly recommend hiring Bryan for your professional needs. With Bryan I have a zero loss record! The Law Firm Bryan represents, Weitz Law Firm, also gets my EXCELLENT rating!
My family faced the tough decision to declare bankruptcy. Bryan answered all of our questions (and we had many) in a timely manner. He was informative and compasionate throughout.
Filing bankruptcy is a daunting, embarrassing and 'end of the world' feeling scenario. The decision to file, regardless of your situation, is a very hard one. But, once I did come to the realization that filing was my only option, my next decision was to retain Bryan Kidder with Weitz Law Firm in Kirkland, WA. In short, he is sincere, genuine, dedicated, responsive and knowledgeable. Bryan was calm and reassuring and he made the process seamless. Never once did I regret my decision to use Bryan. I hope I never need him again, but if I did, he would be my first phone call. I have referred Bryan to others and they too share the same opinion, 'great representation'.
