Mark was there for my family when my Mother was ill, he updated my parents will in a timely fashion and answered our questions and concerns in a compassionate and articulate manner. We could not have gone through these difficult times without Mark on our side. He is the "go to" guy for our family.

My wife and I have a little bit unusual estate planning goals. Albertson has a "boilerplate" process to walk us through the options and decision points. The process was very clear, options carefully explained with advantages and disadvantages. He sent up a preliminary draft, we sent questions and decisions, and had a wrap up session. We were thoroughly satisfied with the process. Took a little long since it was over the Thanksgiving - New Years period. Cost was reasonable.
