Customer review: Jeff is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable, bright and well respected attorney. His whole team took a personal interest in my case. He was very supportive of my desire to see through my case to trial despite the fact that it was brought in a challenging court, to say the least. He set realistic expectations along the way so I knew what I was getting myself into but never encouraged me to make a deal, knowing that that didn't sit well with me. Obviously, every case is different. We were dealing with a refusal and I doubt I would have had the same results with another attorney. We won both the DOL and criminal cases. Almost unheard of.

His staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful, which made a big difference while I was going through a rough period. The chances of getting the DUI dropped or mitigated to a lesser charge are very high with Jeff. I was referred to Jeff by another colleague who had his 0.017 BAC reading dropped completely, which resulted in a Negligent Driving charge.
If money is a big issue, one may look to hire a less senior lawyer in his firm and save a few thousand. For me it was not a big issue and I went with the best.

Criminal Case: Dropped to Reckless Driving.
DOL case: Hard to win this unless the judge throws out breathalyser. Our judge didn't since all the paperwork behind it was pretty legitimate.
