Allen has been our lawyer fo over 20 years. He is simply someone you can count on for excellent advice and legal counseling. There when you need him and always with that wonderful personality. A great man + a highly intelligent mind + a willing heart. It just doesn't get better than that.

Allen has been my business lawyer for thirty-one years. He recently represented me in the sale of that business. I was protected very well in regard to the potential failing of the buyer.

I have known Allen Drescher for nearly 20 years and I have retained him on several occasions. As a Judge, I also had the experience of being on the receiving end of the law, having a traffic violation case come to him for his judgement, which was correctly and swiftly dismissed. (A traffic ticket I should never have received and a lack of evidence from the Police Officer, made the case reasonably simple to adjudicate. Nonetheless, it was a slightly uncomfortable situation).

My most recent legal case involved a complex set of issues with a prior business that I had owned. Initially, I assumed that I had an uphill battle to fight. I was up against the attorney for the business and its new owner. The case involved ownership of shares and several matters including intellectual property rights, along with my rights to continue on with my own career. In fact, 20 year later, a document that Mr. Drescher drafted in 1990 made the difference in a certain aspect of my legal case. And so, obviously, it pays to have an attorney who archives all of his legal work. But how many attorneys would go to this trouble ?

Moreover, Allen Drescher is a creative and clever attorney who is able to think through and around many types of legal issues.
My opinion is that that he has a rare gift for quickly grasping and understanding the issues, and is able to move to a winning strategy and successful outcome.
