I focus my practice on business transactions, with special concentration on transactions for communications companies. I have negotiated deals worth more than $5 billion in the last few years, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and commercial agreements. I also act as outside counsel for businesses in Oregon and have served for more than five years as assistant general counsel for a publicly traded CLEC, where I had broad responsibility for commercial and operational matters.
