Mommi v. Prudential Securities

Description: After filing bankruptcy, the Bankrupt commenced an arbitration with NASD Dispute Resolution. Prudential's attorneys later learned of the bankruptcy, caused the arbitration to be stayed, and notified the Trustee in Bankruptcy. We were engaged by the Trustee to evaluate the case, get it back on track, and pursue it for the Bankruptcy Estate. After reactivating the case, we negotiated a settlement with Prudential Securities for the benefit of the Bankruptcy Estate.
