Two years ago the Northern Chapter of the MS Society referred me to Ms. Spence as an attorney who could help me apply for my Social Security disability benefits. My next letter will be to them to let them know they need not refer people to any other attorney- she's THAT good! I was very sick and very scared when I met with her. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but exceptionally compassionate. She TRULY cares for the people she represents. She does her due diligence to research ALL the aspects of your case. She is not only a brilliant attorney, but also very medically literate. My calls were ALWAYS promptly returned, all my questions answered, all the difficult navigation of the Social Security System clearly explained. She did an amazing job of assembling my case and totally prepared me for our day in court. If you need the best Social Security attorney- look no further. I interviewed other attorneys- they are not even in her league!
I did not know who to turn to and a good friend of our families said call Kevan Spence. I called a Saturday just to leave a message and Kevan returned my call that day.She said she was in the office working on a case and received my message. She told me what to do and scheduled my appointment with her to come in that week. Kevan you are the best. What you did for us the way you worked my case I will never forget you. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. I hope this message blesses your heart cause through you God blessed my family and every thing you said happen, thank you for the victory, you are a woman of integrity We love you Kevan.
Called for help, at first said she would help by phone, called after my first denial as instructed. Could not get an in office consult. Told me no without looking at my records. Found another attorney who recently represented me in my judicial hearing.
No doubt in my mind, without the representation of Ms. Spence my favorable SSDI decision would have been a struggle. Kevan was so professional and so concerned in me as a person, I always felt very comfortable and confident that she had my best interest as a priority. I'm so happy I made the right decision choosing Ms. Spence instead of going with one of those "big" law firms who advertise on TV and Radio thousands of times a day. The personal service I received from Kevan and her associate Patty Lewine made the entire experience great! I am so happy with the service and the result.
After my first SSDI claim was rejected I contacted Kevan Spence. Six months later, thanks to Kevan and Patty my case was won in reconsideration. I can recommend Kevan Spence with my full confidence.
I would highly recommend this attorney!
Kevan and her paralegal, Patty are a great team! They are professional and are very well respected in the SSI system.
If this group takes your case you will have the confidence to know that your chance of being awarded your benefit will happen.
They are great in how they handle your case are well respected in within the law community and also have integrity in the Social Security system.
When they take your case you know you have chosen a very highly respected attorney in the world of Social Security advocates and the SSI system itself.
All I can say is "wow"! Kevan was the answer to my mom and I prayers. My mom was denied for SSDI, Kevan was a reference from one of my mother's friends. My mom' s disability was handled in such a sensitive and respectful manner by both Kevan and Patty.
My mom recently won "fully favorable" decision thanks to the meticulous work of Kevan Spence and team. This experience has really opened our eyes and realized that not all attorneys are created equal. Kevan is exemplary!
Kevan was thorough, knowledgable and compassionate. I felt extremely comfortable having her handle my case. I would highly recommend her.
