I am sorry I did not write a review sooner. I had a what I thought was a slam dunk 'Breach of Contract' Case back in 2001. After being blatantly turned down by approximately10-12 other law firms, which took several months, I fortunately contacted Attorney Joe Marman and his assistant Linda.They both saw the validity of the case almost immediately. During the hearing, it was obvious that we had won the the case within the first hour!! Although the case did not settle for quite as high as I believe was justified, I could not have asked for better representation anywhere!!!!

Mr. Marman explained to me that his office manager stole money from the office and that is the reason he was disciplined. He had to take the punishment, even though he was not at fault. He is very honest and as very helpful to me.

Joe responded to me, kept me informed, was honest and did a great job in the face of a difficult case. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
