Description: I represented the plaintiff, a subcontractor who provided and installed custom flooring materials for several custom houses for a general contractor pursuant to written agreements. The defendant contractor breached the written agreements by failing to pay plaintiff. After filing the lawsuit, the defendant agreed to settle the matter. As part of a settlement agreement, the defendant paid the obligation in full and we dismissed the case.
