Warren Forest helped us successfully evict a tenant who had caused damage to our property. The tenant played every trick possible to delay the eviction. We became concerned with attorney fees and Warren Forest made everything right.

I have used Warren off and on for the last 2 years to represent me with a divorce and ongoing custody issues. Warren was honest, effective, and most of all he helped put my mind at ease during the most challenging years of my life. I knew that with a simple call he was there to support me. He always responded in a timely manner. He worked with me as a person and a client and delivered a result that was above expectations. In the months leading up to the first court hearing I was anxious and nervous. His truthful and kind words helped to put me at ease as much as humanly possible. After the hearing I was finally able to sleep again. He did the best thing I could ever ask for, helped me to keep custody of my child. Thank You!

I have retained attorneys in the past for both business and personal matters. Warren Forest and his assistant Terri are head and shoulders above everyone else. They are highly effective, keep in constant touch with me, totally ethical, solution-oriented, charge only the amount that is necessary, and always take the time to listen. I truly can't say enough about them. What a great team!

Then process was well explained. I was coached and prepared well for each session. The affects of my decsions were wll explained. Iwas allowed to set the tone of the collaberative negotiations which allowed the divorce to proceed at fast pace.
The only improvement relates to the very first days of the process. Our process was started just prior to Christmas vacation. Naturally when first starting the process, fear of the unknown and miss trust between spouse is at its height. No guide lines for what to and not to do was not provided to either of us. This lack of guidelines resulted in actions and behaviours from my wife which eroded what little trust was left. This extra miss trust affect all negations aftward. If upon the very first day of the process, a guideline be provided to both parties. Simple, common sense guidlelines such not removing property to a remote sight, behaviours around credit and bank accounts and hints of what behaviors promote sucessful negotiations.

Attorney Forest was my lawyer. I live in Stuttgart Germany and his practice is in California. I believed this was going to be extremely difficult due to the distance and Mr. Forest and his staff made it very simple. He kept me informed of absolutely everything. This was a military divorce and he had to be familiar with military law/regulations/entitlements. This divorce was not simple and much had to be done. I would recommend him to others. I am 100% satisfied with him and his wonderful staff.
