Outcome: Father retained all parental rights.

Description: This was a termination of parental rights case. Mother was seeking to have Father’s parental rights terminated. I was Father’s attorney. These cases are uncommon, but when they are brought, they are often very difficult to defend against. This was a complex case that required four days of trial. We won a complete victory.
