Mr. Sabahat represented us (me and another shareholder) in a Civil/Corporate Complex financial litigation which was simultaneously litigated in two states, Texas and California, as well as a corporate receivership in Texas. In all there were 9 attorneys and 3 legal experts were involved in the 2 st...ate litigations. Mr. Sabahat represented me and the president of Corporation in the Superior Court of California and in the Court of Appeal of California. Mr. Sabahat’s extensive knowledge of law and his experience became very invaluable in a 3 weeks trial of the case and the appeal by the defendants.
