No injuries and want your car fixed. Easy. Call your insurance company and give them the information and tell them to fix your car. If you do not have collision coverage, then get an appraisal and file a small claims case and sue the driver. His insurance will pay the claim. Best of luck..

Based on your facts, the phantom car may be at fault. However, since you hit the other cars , their insurance companies may pay for their damages but then later they may come after you for reimbursement. You are required to have insurance in California. The minimum policy is $15k-$30. If you do get sued, I suggest you hire an attorney to help you. Best of luck.

Absolutely, tell your attorney everything. Although, the insurance company has a right to investigate your injuries, they do not have the right to divulge private medical information to third parties not connected with your case. It sounds malicious and an invasion of your privacy. Follow your lawyer's advice. Best of luck.

If your injuries were less than 10k, you should have settled it with the City directly. Since they did not respond, send them a letter telling them that you want the $10k within 10 days, if no response. Fiule the claim in small claims court. You will need to attach your Claim Notice with it and submit all your loss wages, medical costs and out of pocket expenses. Then, you must have someone else serve the City. Best of luck.

Had you started the LLC before the accident, you would be in better standing. If the plaintiff is successful at trial, his attorney would argue that you are trying to hide assets and would probably attempt to penetrate the corporate shield in search of assets. If the plaintiff is successful, and you have personal checking and savings accounts in the bank, the plaintiff will be able to levy your money. Get local help. Good luck.

Get your attorney to address these questions. Each attorney and each case is different, so one attorney's way is different than yours. I like to hear from my clients every three weeks. If I do not hear from them, then I call them. I also send correspondence regarding their case including all pleadings. Do not be afraid of your attorney. You are his boss. Best of luck.

If they have money pay for the filing fees. If they do not, file a Fee waiver for the Guardian and the minor child. If there is over $10k or more of recovery later, just make sure to pay the Court back for the filing fees. Best of luck.
