Salinas v. Martin

Outcome: Reversal of judgment against Mr. Salinas

Description: Mr. Salinas was mauled by a pit bull guard dog at a residence he had been hired to work on during a renovation project. The dog's owners disappeared and he sued the property owner who had allowed the dog's owners to set it loose on the property. The case was dismissed by the trial judge in 2007. I then took the case on appeal and secured a reversal of that ruling, restoring the case to active status.
