Just found this site. Hired Shannon in 2011 to help get custody of infant granddaughter. I live out of state and she was always available to take my calls and answer my question. We were successful in gaining custody of my granddaughter. Today she is a happy healthy 7 yr old. I would not hesitate to ...hire Shannon again if need be. I have recommended her to friends....Thank you Shannon from the heart for all of your help....

I would not recommend! I am currently still a client. I have emailed several times (since October and it is now March tomorrow) and the only response I have ever received is that someone will make sure that she gets back to me. I have been waiting and waiting for a response. No communication since th...ey got my money. I also was charged to give the same information more than once because so many people "work" on my case. Not professional at all and I am ready to take back my money from this place (whatever is left from them NOT doing anything) and leave.

I would not recommend Shannon Elms at all. Her assistant Heidi handeled 95% of my case and is horrible. Every time I called and talked about my case I spent 20-30 min re-explaining everything, and I got charged for that time. After a little while I got tired of dealing with Heidi and called several t...imes to speak directly with Shannon and was never able to speak with her because Heidi intercepted ALL calls. I showed up at the office to pick some paperwork up and Heidi came out and introduced herself like it was the first time we met. This was actually the third time we met. I do not feel that I received anywhere close to the $3500 I spent for "legal representation". My advice to you is find another attorney.
