Ms. Andrews is a highly trained, professional, experienced, ethical, and commendable attorney. She has gone above and beyond in her education and specific focus of family law and it is clear in our interactions that she follows her business motto of "If you care, we care!" Ms. Andrews' staff are courteous and helpful as well. My case is complicated with child custody, small business ownership, and other factors. Ms. Andrews' has been communicative, clear, and concise in my options and implications of my choices. She gives me sound, logical legal advice that is the best for my situation. She truly has her clients' best interests in mind and she is confidant in court as well as in negotiation with the opposing counsel. Ms. Andrews' follows through with what she says she will do, and also will make sure future plans and what needs to be done are clearly laid out to the opposing counsel. I could not be more pleased with my attorney and highly recommend her without hesitation.

Tiffany was hired as my Attorney for 1 year. I do not recommend her services to anyone. I felt like she did not know what was going on with my case and did not care. It seemed that she took on too many cases and did not have time to do her job. I felt I was grossly overcharged for what little work was put into my case.

Tiffany Lynn Andrews’s response: “Being in the public eye definitely has its upsets and downs as an attorney. Unfortunately, based upon information this office has recently received, this particular client has not been a client for well over a year and, more recently, has become frustrated over wanting to pursue something that we as a company just cannot put our name behind. As a firm, we are required to follow a certain code of conduct and we must follow the law, this is true even if a former client wants us to do something and legally we have to advise that we are not able to do what the former client wants. We understand that this may upset a few people that at times think that if they retain an attorney they are buying a particular result or, better yet, must do exactly what a client always requests but this is contrary to the law. Attorneys are absolutely ethically precluded from following a client's request if it asks us to do something that is contra to the law or code of professional responsibility. This is true even if it produces, at times, the occasional bad review. As an opportunity to share with our readers though, we utilize this forum to share some of our firms policies specific to case load per attorney and billing. The State Bar, in the past, has released comments on the typical maximum recommended case load per attorney. That number was somewhere believed to be in the mid 80's per attorney. Our firm, on any given occasion typically carries a total of 60 active clients shared between two attorneys. This is about 30 per attorney which is less than half the recommended maximum by the bar. We also, particularly in 2015, actually closed our calendar to new clients for a total of three months out of the last 10 and a half months. This is something that has routinely been the practice of our firm over the years to specifically keep the client to attorney ratio down. Additionally, for our readers, we bill in increments of .10 (a minimum of six minutes) for any service, not .25 as many attorneys still do. If an attorney is required to go to court, typically, this is billed at a minimum of 2 hours, however, if this hearing is something short for a status conference or case management conference then generally we just bill for actual time. We also have two separate offices so our clients are only charged from the nearest office to the court or location that must be travelled to. We hope that providing all of this information will allow a prospective client to make an informed decision when hiring an attorney and to be encouraged to ask questions.”

It is true that divorce is the most trying time anyone will ever experience. Having said that, Tiffany has been an ally in the onslaught of negativity. My case has been VERY complicated, and has involved domestic violence. She has worked to affect a positive outcome for me and my son. While this case is not over, and the outcome is still uncertain, I am certain that I am in the best hands possible with her as my attorney. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

After the initial shock of being served divorce papers, I began interviewing attorneys to help me with the legal proceedings. The first couple of attorneys focused on how to address the support and division of property issues included in the papers I was served, without really asking me about my interests in this matter.

After meeting with Ms. Andrews, and ever since that initial interview and consultation, I always felt she had my best interests in mind. She immediately explained what I needed to file and when, what to expect going forward, and then asked me about my interests. Wow! She was exactly the kind of attorney I was looking for to represent me.

She was always responsive to my questions and requests, no matter how basic, and got back to me in a timely manner… at times outside normal work hours. But, the biggest and most pleasant surprise to me was when she began educating and guiding me through every step in order to achieve my interests and goals -– mainly, my number one priority and “my everything” in this whole process: to retain shared custody and visitation rights with my children. Her guidance and recommendations put me at ease and really helped put my children first.

Her knowledge, honesty and dedication through numerous and unexpected court hearings involving custody and visitation issues not only resulted in the resolution of such issues in a competent and efficient manner, but a resolution that Ms. Andrews knew I wanted.

Not only is Ms. Andrews reliable, helpful and an overall amazing attorney, her office staff is also very courteous, professional and efficient in keeping me apprised of what was needed and the status of the case. Thank you so much, Ms. Andrews… and staff!!

Not a good, or fair representation in my pinion. Did not keep me informed of billing or what was needed in my opinion. Argued all the time with me and never fought for me in my opinion.I feel like she did not have my best interest in mind. When I brought up the person who also rated her low on this site. She knew exactly who it was. But notice she will not claim so online on this site.

Tiffany Lynn Andrews’s response: “Our office's policy is to send all clients monthly billing statements, however, an attorney is always required to produce a billing history for a client upon request within 10 days of being asked. These are the policies that out office utilizes and implements. Attorneys who are tasked with the responsibility to zealously advocate for clients are also required to maintain ethical responsibilities and this, as many attorneys know, can be a constant balance when we have a duty to follow the law but a client may want something that we are not permitted ethically to do. Our office will always fight zealously for a client but will do so within maintaining our ethical responsibilities and in compliance with the law. Thank you for this reviewer's feedback, as any feedback is always carefully considered and vetted to see how we can continue to strive to meet our clients' needs and provide the best service possible.”
