Linda took on my very difficult medical malpractice case -- the legal issues were complicated and unusual, the defense attorneys were nasty and ruthless, and the trial date was already looming but there was so much that had yet to be done -- and she very quickly processed the issues and problems and put together a compelling plaintiff's case with a stunning array of expert witnesses. It was like a whirlwind of know-how and know-who that gave the trial judge the ammunition he needed to persuad a recalcitrant, monster hospital defendant to drop their pretense of "What, me worry?" Linda then took on the first-party insurance case involving the original injuries and achieved a settlement that left only pennies on the table.
