4 years ago, we hired Frank Tse to represent my son who was in the custody of ICE, from my previous review more infos. Recently we have to consult for other matter regarding my son status, he was very thorough and sent me all the paperwork/files that we needed. He was not my first choice to represent my son who was custody of Ice, I've been talking to few lawyers in the same field and they were expensive, and each time you called this other lawyers, they won't talk to you till you pay them or they want you to sign a contract. And they don't return calls, t...hat's the worst feeling when your love one is being detained and know your options. But with Frank Tse, he was the one to call me and I didn't hire detective to find him (just figure of speech) He would email and has kept me informed. His fee is very flexible and accommodating (flat fee which is great, and take installment, you don't have to worry if your case takes longer) compared to most lawyers who will not bend their fee for less fortunate people. He went to see my son at the (Elk Grove) detention center twice, others lawyers they would send their assistants. He is not the most talkative people you will meet ( but friendly enough to explain your case) but he will represent your love ones professionally. And that's for me very important. And NO ONE CAN BEAT HIS FEE. He was recommended by the Asian Law Caucus, who helped me analyze the case for free. I would highly recommend him.
