About Me

I received my bachelor's degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I received my law degree from Golden Gate University in 1999.  I have been representing real property owners in the Bay Area since passing the bar later that year.

My experience includes advising property owners in many areas of the law, including landlord/tenant, co-ownership and neighbor disputes, and purchase/sales transactions.  I have counseled clients in court, arbitration, and mediation, as well as at government agency hearings.

I regularly contribute legal opinions and articles for publication in various magazines and forums.  I also enjoy speaking to groups of real property owners and professionals about various legal topics.
