Description: "National Interest Waiver" (NIW) Exceptional Ability petition for Industrial Designer. This petition was particularly challenging because the applicant did not have an advanced degree or any scholarly articles, and had less than a decade of experience in the field. However, we were able to demonstrate that the applicant's designs were in the national interest because they included medical devices that assisted doctors throughout the U.S.
