    "Passing" the FST's is really subjective first of all and secondly I think the sakes would be given their due weight. In Fresno County DUI's we deal with this issue a lot.

    You need to call the local drivers safety office and set up a DMV hearing to avoid a suspension and you, as a result, will get a copy of your police reports including your BAC.

    You should be appointed a PD for trial if you qualify financially, despite the fact that you started with a private attorney.

    Getting your gun rights restored is a very difficult an dlong process. In certain circumstances an appeal to the govenor or maybe even certificate of rehabilitaiton could help....it really depends on the specific charge you plead to. Do you have more information?     You should contact a Fresno Criminal Defense attorney....just the 186.22 alone is a strike and the 245 is an assault with a deadly weapon. Very very serious charges. You need an experienced Criminal Defense attorney in Fresno. Is this a Norteno or Bulldog case? Give us some more info.
