We need more information to answer your question. What is the nature of the injunction? Is it a preliminary (before trial) or permanent (after trial) injunction? Is it a TRO? What is the Defendant concerned about? Generally, as long as the Defendant knows about the injunction, he must obey it, no matter who is seeking to enforce it. If he doesn't like the injunction, he can challenge it in court, but he can't simply ignore the injunction.
