Moved to CA in 2007,got a dui. haven't driven since. It's 2011, i now have a CA id but not a CA license. can i still get a CDL?

If in 2007 you moved to California and were convicted of a DUI, your driving privileges in the State of California would have been suspended even if you did not possess a California driver's license.
