I was a first time offender and was facing a felony charge for a huge mistake that I made. I had a terrible lapse in judgement and broke the law. Ray Dinari was very professional. He keep me informed on every step of the process. Ray would take the time to explain to me in detail what was going so that I would have an idea of what to expect. Ray was able to work out a deal to where my case was reduced to misdemeanor and I am able to do work in exchange for serving jail time. I will also have the opportunity to try to have my record expunged after completing my probation period. As a defense attorney, Ray Dinari felt more like a long time friend who was trying to help me out verses a hired attorney. If I ever know of anyone needed legal help, I am definitely referring them to Ray Dinari.

First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that this review is the least I can do to thank Ray for his excellent work!
Back in November was I was charged with a misdemeanor vandalism. I honestly did not think how serious of a crime it is, until my sentences were read on my court date. I didn't qualify for a public defender at Harbor so I was approached by Ray. My first impression of him was that he was very confident and knowledgeable. I'm not going lie, I was a bit skeptical. But I went with my gut feeling since I had too much to risk losing (career) - It was the best decision I have ever made! Not only was Ray very responsive whenever I contacted him but every course of action that he informed to me about was executed according to plan. Ray promised be in the beginning that he'd do whatever it takes to drop the charge, or at least get it reduced. He had gone beyond my expectation, and as of 2 weeks ago - my case was completely dismissed!
Thank you again, Ray! God bless you and your family.

This was the second time I had used him and both times he successfully got me what I needed with my case! First case was a driving on suspended and was reduced to driving without a license, and second case was a 2nd dui with mandatory jail time and he got me home confinement as I work two jobs and could not have done jail time. I was thankful for his services, he knew the court and laws inside and out, he was always available any time I had questions and treats you like a friend rather than a client. With any lawyer, you will pay money, and I can say he was worth every dollar and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Last year in March I received a DUI in Fullerton which was a horrible experience. I was referred to Ray by a friend who had explained its not something you want to take on by your self.
Needless to say Ray's understanding of DUI cases was impressive. Never planning to drink and drive any more but I know exactly who to call or refer.

I just want to tell you how much we appreciate everything you've done for us. You really owned the court today and everyone noticed. After you left numerous people came up to me to asked about you and of course you were HIGHLY recommended. As I said were truly grateful to have had you represent me. Thank you again for everything. You made our day.

He is dedicated to his clients, once I contacted him late on a Sunday evening regarding a problem happened to my brother. He took all the information about my brother and the case over the phone without mentioning a word about his charges or refusing my call during weekend.
He reverted back to me with an update within an hour and was trying his best to give me a peace of mind and make sure everything is ok. He was more a friend than a lawyer to me and the next day before noon my brother case was completely closed.
I will definitely recommend him to all my my friends and family members,

After my 2nd DUI in Orange Co., I was unsure of what to do and what was going to happen to me. All I knew is that I needed to find an expert in the field and get great legal advice and guidance. I spoke with a few firms and found that they were not a good fit for me or my case. As luck would have it, the next firm I spoke with (Law office of Ray Dinari), was beyond professional and a perfect fit for my case. Ray Dinari, is a consummate professional with a wealth of expertise in Law and DUI Defense cases. He was able to encourage the court to permit me the help that I needed. It wasn't jail, It was rehab. I and my family thank Ray for all he has done to provide the proper tools that is now leading me down success road. For that I'm forever thankful and full of gratitude. If you are searching a for an excellent Attorney, you need to make the call and get advice and allow Ray and his staff guide you.

I was falsely accused of Battery on a female and a (technically true) Retraining Order Violation and subsequent Probation Violation by my ex-wife. I had initially retained another lawyer, and quickly realized that she wasn't going to be able to help someone suffering from the degree of manipulation I was dealing with. In a previous episode with the same woman, I lost custody of three children for having admittedly poured about 2 or 3 ounces of beer on her hair. In that instance I was arrested for Domestic Violence and made the horrendous mistake of talking to the police ( I had NO idea it was illegal) and pleading guilty. The loss of custody emotionally and financially devastated me and I was in the process of losing my house, job and security clearance (along with my dignity and self respect for a period of time) as a direct result.
My now Ex-wife wanted to reconcile and I eventually gave that a chance. When I saw it going wrong (She wants a child of her own, and mine are not welcome in "her" house) I asked her to go back to her apartment and life, so she lied (AGAIN) and had me arrested falsely claiming I kicked and hit her. When I met Ray Dinari I was in court firing my previous attorney and asking for a PD. The judge essentially insisted that I speak to his Panel Attorney Ray, and that was the best thing that's happened to me since my nightmare began. In a matter of days, the Battery charge was dropped before I even got to court, Ray had followed up very thoroughly with the investigator and prosecutor, and the probation violation and restraining order violation penalties had been reduced from 20 days of Cal Trans and two convictions to one minor infraction and my original probation will soon be dropped and original conviction expunged! I have now regained my dignity and self-respect, a fighting chance to regain my security clearance, keep my job and home, and regain custody of my children! My life may not be completely restored, but I'm far better off than I could ever have imagined. After many bad experiences in custody court I had become very, very bitterly discouraged with many aspects of our legal system, Ray's integrity, honesty and effectiveness has restored a tremendous amount of faith in our legal system for me.
