Bryan Garcia is a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in catastrophic personal injury, elder abuse and complex business litigation. Bryan Garcia is a civil litigator, licensed to practice in California, Arizona and Nevada. Mr. Garcia received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley, and his J.D. from U.C. Hastings. Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has successfully litigated and resolved cases for his clients, including a jury trial which resulting in the third largest nursing home verdict in the history of elder abuse litigation in the State of California at that time.

Mr. Garcia has been selected by the Best Lawyers in America;SuperLawyers Magazine as a Rising Star; and named a Top Attorney for Orange County by OC Metro Magazine. Mr. Garcia has also previously been active in his community, serving as a board member of the Neighborhood Council of Westchester/Playa helping to inform and resolve various issues in his community.
