    My client was pulled over for making an illegal turn in Corona Del Mar from PCH into the Baja Fresh parking lot by a Newport Beach police officer. The cop accused my client of smelling like alcohol and ordered my client to do FSTs. The cop's testimony that my client fell over during the Walk and Turn and failed the rest of the FSTs was contradicted by the videotape obtained in discovery from the Orange County District Attorney. The Newport Beach jury unanimously voted that my client was Not Guilty of DUI and found that my client did not refuse to take a breath or blood test.
