In 2002, Anna Greenstin Kudla obtained her law degree from Southwestern University, School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Greenstin joined the firm of Kring & Chung in 2003, where her practice consists of business litigation, personal injury, real estate disputes, and complex, multi-party construction defect matters.
Since 2003, Anna Greenstin Kudla has represented the firm’s clients in all types of real property and commercial disputes involving defense and recovery of property damages, personal injury, real estate disputes, and breaches of contract. Ms. Kudla also counsels the firm’s clients on real estate law matters regarding short sales, rental disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, disclosures, commissions, and Department of Real Estate accusations.
She successfully represents the firm’s clients on a variety of liability claims, including the following:
· Strategizing the defense evidence and successfully moving for and defending against Summary Judgment on behalf of client in construction claims and landlord/tenant disputes;
· Facilitating settlement negotiations and discovery disputes for the firm’s clients to obtain beneficial results affecting insurance and indemnity;
· Extensive mediation and litigation experience regarding contractual and tort disputes.
In addition to her extensive experience as a litigator, Ms. Kudla also conducts seminars for small business owners regarding protection against liability, and Real Estate Agents regarding current legal topics.
She has lectured to numerous groups on various legal issues, such as "Be Your Boss" workshops and "Legal Issues for Start-ups" seminars for SCORE (Counselors to Small Businesses), as well as to Real Estate Agents and Brokers regarding hot topics in Real Estate. Mrs. Greenstin is also a member of the (NHLPA) National Hockey League Players Association, representing international hockey players in the (NHL) National Hockey League.
