Can work release days be transferred from one state to another?

If your husband has not yet transferred his work release program to SC, I would suggest that he (or an attorney on his behalf, if he’s out of state) petition the court to convert the 10 days to community service (volunteer work). Community service can be completed at any non-profit organization.
