My son got a dui and he is underage. However, his BAC level is only .07. Will he still get his license suspended by DMV?

I also agree with my colleagues. Riverside County is one of the more difficult places to deal with the district attorney and the court. Contact an attorney who can help you through the process and provide you with a defense.

Can i get an extention for alcahol anonymous classes? i have already done community service and payed my fine for my DUI.

Mr. Roberts is correct. Gather proof of the terms of probation that you have completed (payment of fine, community service, MADD classes, AB 541 class etc) and get into court as soon as possible. Explain to the judge you only need one more month to complete the AA classes. If this is your first violation, the court will usually grant an extension in LA county.

Ms. White is correct. I would also add that the DMV might also require to file an SR-22 proof of insurance and pay a reissuance before a license is returned to you. You can receive some of the discovery before the arraignment in DUI cases in California through the DMV, however, as stated above, in most cases the discovery is received at the arraignment.
