    Simply The Best

David has handled multiple employment issues for us over the past 7 years and his work has always been top quality. Questions or courses of action are quickly answered which allows us to move forward with full confidence. His review and updates to our Employee Handbook and Drug Policy eliminated ambiguity and incorrect policy. The Sexual Harassment training that was provided was an open and effective training for our staff and owners. David has helped our company avoid litigation issues by being proactive on the front end. I fully recommend his services and believe that having him on retainer is one of the best business decisions an employer could make.

    Outstanding Labor Law/Employment Attorney

As the Exec. Dir. of HR for a large Coachella Valley employer, we utilize David's services 3 - 4 times a year for our especially challenging employment issues. We've found him to be consistently extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and concise. He has taken the time and made the effort to understand our unique operating conditions and legal requirements so that he can give us the best advice possible. I have also brought him in for specialized training sessions with our HR teams. My trust and confidence in him is implicit. He is a genuinely nice person as well. You will not be disappointed in the quality of his work product or his character.

    David vs Goliath

I worked with David Mule for 2 1/2 years. David represented me in an employment case. During that time, he had to go against 2 groups of "high priced" corporate attorneys.
David's patience, persistence, and preparation helped us to come out on top. It is nice to know that there is someone like him out there.

    Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommend

I take great pleasure in recommending and providing an endorsement for David Mule whom I have had the privilege of knowing for over 12 years. Having been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years, I have worked with many attorneys in significant litigation for several large employers. David, without a doubt, ranks among the very best. When I joined a local financial institution several years ago, one of two requests that I made to executive management, prior to accepting a position, was to retain David's law firm. To this day, David serves as the company's legal counsel.

David has consistently demonstrated a high level of competency and professionalism in fulfilling his services. I, along with my management team, always had strong confidence in his ability to provide judicious counsel and keep us regularly apprised of case developments and progress. He is a well known and respected employment attorney whom I have recommended, without any reservation, to several colleagues. David is supportive and an advocate of the local chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Association in the Coachella Valley, providing employment updates to members at its monthly HR meetings. Members especially look forward to his annual legal update each January.

David's integrity, responsiveness, and sensitivity to his clients and for each case, is part of what makes him a true professional whom I enthusiastically and appreciatively recommend.

    Employment law

This attorney and his firm came highly recommended from another attorney as experts in the employment labor law field. After our first meeting it was explained to us where we had made mistakes and remedy for those mistakes. While we questioned our overall responsibilities in this matter we had accepted the fact there would be some financial responsibility to the plaintiff which would involve some negotiation between attorneys. A generalized figure was put out and we had authorized a settlement amount to be discussed. We were concerned however about the obviously frivolous claims being made and defending against those. While we were going through this process and expecting a defense against all claims not relevant to the actual claims, we continued to receive billings (frequently for services to other clients) which we had to question and have reversed. We are still unsure of the actual charges v. work performed but eventually due to our loss of confidence with this attorney the case was put in an associate's caseload where the eventual outcome was over three times the original estimate of settlement with the bulk of that money going to "defense" payment. We feel we were not provided with the defense of services promised and when we questioned the strategies and the money being spent, our attorney was essentially our worst enemy. For as knowledgable as the firm represented itself that knowledge and expertise was not provided in this case. I have to wonder if the firm ever discussed this case as a team and developed a meaningful strategy or just our case was not taken seriously. Even actions taken on advise of attorney that were challenged by the plaintiff were not disputed during mediation even though they became a major part of the plaintiff's case. Overall the outcome was disastrous for a small business such as ours and pushed us to the brink of bankruptcy . Little satisfaction here. We would have been far ahead financially had we just accepted the original claim, paid it without fronting a defense and allowed this "legal shakedown" to take place rather than to attempt to mount a justifiable defense.
