I worked with Mr. Capalbo during my representation on a personal injury matter. Mr. Capalbo was retained by the insurance carrier that paid for my client's medical care. Mr. Capalbo was extremely diligent in working side by side with me to obtain a fantastic result for his client and my own. He was also very effective at advocating his client's position under the CA Labor Code. I remember he displayed a strong command of the law in his communications with the adverse carrier. We were able to get the case settled in mediation with the at-fault carrier about three months prior to trial. I believe we made a great team and I would recommend this attorney on other employment/California Labor Code matters. I have no hesitation in recommending this lawyer and his fine work, and hope to work with him again soon!
