There may be new penalties added for the probation violation. As you are aware, you may be arrested at any time. You are eligible to attend traffic school to dismiss a speeding ticket (a Vehicle Code 22349, 22350, etc. violation, no alcohol involved, no misdeanor charge) if you have not attended traffic school for a citation issued within the last 18 months from the violation date and you do not hold a commercial drivers license.
