James Edward Switzer Jr

also known as Ed Switzer, J. Edward Switzer, Jr.

About me

I am a "people's lawyer" representing folks who need an experience trial lawyer because they have been seriously injured through the carelessness of others or because they are in financial distress with creditors and their lawyers pursuing them. My law practice is focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death as well as bankruptcy law. I have extensive jury trial experience, including misdemeanor, felony, and civil jury trials. I have spent the last  30 years helping people all over Southern California. See a few examples of the kinds of cases I have previously handled in the "cases" section below.
