Samuel is a truly passionate immigration lawyer, who truly cares about each and every one of his clients. I have known Samuel for a longtime and can say his skills and knowledge level are beyond superior in his field. Samuel is just plain smart and caring at the same time. He fights hard for his clients........ and then some. His aggressive legal skills leave clients feeling confident that he will get them maximum results.
When it comes to a great attorney, no one can do it better. Samuel handled my immigration case like a pro and successfully helped me and my family to stay here in the U.S. together. Thanks again Samuel
I had been in the Northwest Detention Center for several months, trying to get a bond, with no assistance from my attorney at the time, Erica Schommer. This made me feel reluctant to trust another attorney. I then was told by several detainees at the Detention Center that there is this attorney who could definitely help me get a bond, in fact, they called him The "Bond-logist." They gave me his card and within a few days I received a visit from him, his name was Samuel Marsh. Mr. Marsh definitely made me feel confident that he could help me out, despite my prior criminal convictions. Sure enough, within a short time I was granted a bond! I can't tell you how happy my family was. I would strongly recommend Mr. Marsh if you are looking for the attorney to help you with your case.
I was very pleased with how Mr. Marsh handled my husband's immigration case. He was able to stay here in the U.S. and be with his family thanks to Mr. Marsh. I would only go with Mr. Marsh if your looking for the right attorney to help you.
Samuel did an awesome job on my immigration case. I was facing deportation after being caught by immigration a 2nd time with no green card and some serious criminal convictions. However, Samuel was skillfully able to get me withholding, when several attorneys had told me I had no chance. I would highly recommend Samuel as your immigration attorney.
Samuel is the very best immigration attorney around. He found several loopholes in my case and was convincing enough with the judge to allow my application for cancellation to be granted. I feel fortunate that I employed his services and would highly recommend him. Thanks again Samuel
After a very frustrating and annoying experience with attorney Brittan "Britty" Schwartz of Rios & Cruz in Seattle, WA I was delighted to encounter a real immigtation attorney.....that being none other than, Mr. Samuel C. Marsh.
Mr. Marsh effectively handled both my criminal and immigration case.
Attorney Samuel Marsh is a very aggressive, determined, and skillful lawyer who exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend him for any immigration or criminal problems you may have.
I found Mr. Marsh's lawyer skills to be first class and I was extremely impressed with his handling of my sons's case. He was able to obtain a favorable plea agreement with no immigration consequences and then was able to obtain a bond for my son shortly after in immigration court. I would highly recommend him to handle your case.
This review pertains in part to attorney James Rudolph, aka Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer. Unfortunately, his red nose couldn't glide the immigration defense sleigh to victory when I hired him for my brother's case. My brother was detained in Louisiana and although he had lived in the U.S. for several years and had several U.S. Citizen relatives and a clean criminal record, Rudolph claimed the case was a loser. However, fortunately, i took the advice of a dear friend of mine and gave Mr. Marsh a call. After hiring Mr. Marsh my brother was released less than 2 months later and all charges were dropped, just in time for Christmas!.....I'm so grateful that someone cared enough to go the extra mile and was dedicated to help keep our family together. Thanks again,
