I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone having a real estate issue. He helped us win a fraud case against a corporation and we got everything we asked for. He kept us informed, was very thorough in his research and his confidence and knowledge of real estate law was reassuring through a very difficult and stressful time. Rick took my case due to a problem that I had with a previous attorney and he got up to speed very quickly. I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. He exceeded my expectations on every level. I highly recommend Rick for anyone having a legal issue.

Richard Boyer represented us in a law suit against a major appliance manufacturer who's product caused a fire in our kitchen. I was fearful that the size of the manufacturer would over whelm our legal effort. Mr. Boyer paid strict attention to the case and kept us fully informed as to the status of the litigation. In the end it was Mr. Boyer's negotiating skills that got us a settlement that was both favorable and just. We are most appreciative as efforts on our behalf.
