Russ William Ercolani

Over the years, I have used Russ Ercolani and his staff at Westlake Injury Law Firm to resolve incidents that led to my being injured. I even refer all my friends and family. My wife was in a terrible accident- hit by an uninsured motorist while riding her bicycle. Our uninsured motorist coverage kicked in and the health insurance company claimed the money should go to them via subrogation. My head was spinning- how is that even possible that they can claim something they...'ve never paid into etc- unbelievable. During this process we discovered that Texas outlawed this practice- but it's still legal in CA- Russ offered to take this to the Supreme Court of CA- I declined- we kept it lower profile. He helped us navigate this nightmare during a time of tragedy and he was great. I plan on using him again in the future.
