Do I have a criminal record ?

Arrest records or rap sheets are only available to law enforcement. A conviction however is public record. You can hire an investigator to do a search for you for around $30 or do it online yourself . Go to the Bronx County Criminal Court Website. Enter your name and date of birth. If you have a conviction it will come up. They may only go back 10 years in which case you may want to call them to make sure. Good luck and I hope this helps you.
