Kathleen talked a good talk at first (Sales Pitch). The attorney representing my Spouse in a divorce case was a Close friend of Kathleen. Kathleen allowed a court date to be changed without my knowledge and said she tried to contact me the previous day and decided that she would agree to be there ...at the court house to represent me regardless if i was present or not (i was not ). This was a big Lie . I was never contacted by her , I was contacted by my Ex wife that told me what happened as her Lawyer Rebecca Stitt Said to my Ex. Don't worry honey.....Everything is Yours Ive made arraignments with the other attorney just be at the Court house tomorrow morning as there was a cancellation and we are taking that spot ok trust me this is ours to win.

I would not recommend this attorney I used her for a Divorce & custody order I feel she truly isn't aggressive enough to fight for what I want. Not to mention the fact that she had advised me wrongly twice & was very forgetful when dealing with my case. She was not on her toes and ready to win in my ...opinion, so I retained another attorney after not getting the results I wanted! Don't waste your money!!!
