I came to Mr. Lear with some ethics questions and was able to get thorough answers to them quickly and cost-effectively. I would highly recommend Mr. Lear based on his experience and his body of knowledge. Don’t bother shopping around, call him first.

I hired Mr. Lear to represent me regarding a disciplinary complaint made by a former client against me. The complaint was frivolous, however the State Bar was making me jump through many hoops and I was concerned. Mr. Lear was able to make a few phone calls to his former colleagues at the State Bar...
