Mr. Moldoveanu earned his law degree from the University of Arizona School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, where he graduate cum laude and was initiated in the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. While in law school, Mr. Moldoveanu competed for the Arizona Law trial team and taught both undergraduates and international L.L.M candidates in a variety of law related topics. He also volunteered for several clinics with Southern Arizona Legal Aid, leading him to be named the Outstanding Student Volunteer for the month of August, 2011.
Born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Mr. Moldoveanu relocated to Vancouver, B.C. at an early age. After spending several years in Canada, Mr. Moldoveanu settled in Seattle, Washington. Prior to joining Zanes, Mr. Moldoveanu worked as a law clerk for Judge Borek and Judge Marner at the Pima County Superior Court.
Mr. Moldoveanu is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Arizona and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
