  • Robert B Fleming

Tim is one of the good guys. He is smart, hard-working, and dedicated to his clients' interests. He is also one of the most ethical lawyers I've ever worked with. When I see that Tim is involved in a case that I'm getting into, I know that (a) I'm going to have to work hard to keep up and (b) my client and I will not have to look over our shoulders for unpleasant surprises.

Tim and I attended law school at the University of Arizona together. While in law school, I was always impressed with Tim's level head and focus. These basic fundamentals of Tim's personality make him a disciplined and skilled advocate and estate planner. His ability to spot issues and focus on the needs of the client are unrivaled. I do not hestitate to send referrals to Tim and appreciate having people like Tim in the Arizona bar.
