I advise and represents clients in real estate, financing and business transactions in Arizona, California and Mexico and related litigation in Arizona.  I emphasize practical solutions to achieve my clients' goals and protect their interests.  My real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales, leases, development, financing, workouts, and zoning and land use.  I also form and advise business entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships), and review, draft and negotiate contracts for businesses and individuals. I also represent borrowers and lenders, including loans secured by Mexican real estate.
