Best of the Best

Mr. Simms gave me, very significant, legal advice. He's the best.

Reprehensible behavior Don't even think about it.

I don't know who the other review is written by it must be a friend of this attorney. By no means should you bother with this attorney. He will talk a great game but after he has your money you will never hear from him unless you threaten action. Then when he does write back he's admonishing you f...or your expectations. All I expected was response to my questions. Also he informed me that i could only email him he would not respond to phone calls. he always read his email between 1AM - 3 AM and was totally unresponsive all day. I think there's other issues at play here. In three weeks he failed to file notice of representation with the court, had no correspondence with opposing counsel, told me I didn't have a right to communication and then jumped up to hit me with a flurry of activity after I reported him to the bar. And then admonished me for taking action. Reprehensible conduct, lack of any diligence, never gave me an accounting of his services, never gave me a refund, never even reached out to try and make it right. His conduct in my situation was bordering on socio-pathic. Good luck but stay away from this one.

Simply the best

I was down and almost out. Against the ropes of yuppy lawyers in my home town telling me, "Well you gotta case, but I...." Giving me of all people the but I! So when I heard it was all done and ready to put down, I wanted yall to know, it doesn't get any better than this. And his initial evaluation ...was a courtesy, so you can't go wrong, I submit.
